Ahmed Musa Dangiwa, Honourable Minister of Housing and Urban Development, is a renowned architect and housing development expert with a distinguished career spanning public and private sector leadership. Formerly the Managing Director of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, he is widely recognized for advancing affordable housing initiatives and innovative mortgage solutions.
As Minister, Arc. Dangiwa is spearheading reforms to address Nigeria’s housing deficit, promote sustainable urban development, and strengthen regulatory frameworks for the real estate and construction sectors. His approach emphasizes affordability, accessibility, and the use of modern building technologies to improve living conditions and urban infrastructure nationwide.
