Engr. Rowland Ocholi Ataguba is the Managing Director of Bethlehem Rail Infrastructure, a company at the forefront of innovative rail infrastructure development in Nigeria. A seasoned transport infrastructure expert with decades of experience across engineering, project management, and rail systems planning, Engr. Ataguba is an outspoken advocate for integrated transportation solutions as a driver of national development.
He has played key roles in advising both government and private sector stakeholders on rail policy, investments, and sustainable financing models. Through Bethlehem Rail Infrastructure, he is championing new strategies to bridge Nigeria’s transport infrastructure gap, particularly in the railway sector, through public-private partnerships.
